Even after years of different administrations and mayors striving to atttain this purpose, the city still looks like a patchwork of concrete, bricks, bollards and whatever crazy material is found. Carrera 15 was supposed to look uniform but after a few years it's starting to look like the rest of the city. Like many things Colombian: not standardized.
